A little bit about me......
I am a fully qualified Advanced Refexology therapist (ART) which offers a 'deeper' more therapeutic approach - often getting quicker results.
I qualified as a Reflexologist in 1997 with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR)
I qualified as an SRN nurse in 1978 at the Middlesex Hospital London
During my 13 year practise I have studied many forms of Reflexology including Vacuflex Reflexology, Vertical Reflexology , Reflexology in Pregnancy .
I helped to open a complimentary care unit at a local Marie Curie Hospice where I worked as a volunteer offering Reflexology treatments for many years.
I am qualified in Indian Head Massage and I work closely with Magnets – offering Magnetic Back Rolls as a preliminary to my treatments for those with bad backs. I became a Reiki Master in 2004 and I help run a weekly meditation group locally.
8 years ago I started my company Relaxology.com – we are International ‘chill out zone’ providers and we have worked at numerous exhibitions, events all over the UK and Europe spreading the word about Reflexology……… www.relaxology.com
In December 2009 I started a company called www.treasureboxtrading.com – selling products and services from around the world which celebrate the perennial wisdom of indigenous cultures – from which we can all benefit from in these times of great change.
I am passionate about Reflexology and of course I love to receive the treatments myself! I would definitely encourage anyone to try it....you will never look back….
